Service Description

Hourly consultations are customized to touch on a variety of real estate investing topics you want to focus on or can be a deep dive into a single subject of your choosing. Please come prepared with specific questions, topics & details regarding your current investments. With over 13 years experience self managing my own rental properties, I have seen it all & want to help you navigate the world of buy & hold investing as you expand your empire! I specialize in shifting your current investment strategy to be more passive than ever before, while still maximizing income. Need a new market or just a new challenge? Believe me, I understand the plateaus of investing. Lets brainstorm some new & different ideas & map out a plan to put them into motion. Please be prepared with up to date information regarding your current investments & specific questions for us to go over. Leave notes in the comments regarding what market(s) you are in, current investment strategies, current projects & your website if you have one. Consultations include 15+ min of prep prior to our call (based on the info you provide me in the comments) as well as a full summary of everything discussed, including links to resources & other helpful references. Consultation can be done via phone call or Zoom Video Conference. Please indicate if you have a preference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. Attendees must cancel more than seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date to receive a full refund less any expenses incurred. Cancellation requests received four to seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date will result in a credit towards attendance at a future scheduled meeting, taking place within six months of the original purchase date. Cancellations made three or less business days prior to the consulting date, or failure to appear for the consulting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee. Silver Springs Real Estate Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consulting at any time. If Silver Springs Real Estate Consulting cancels or reschedules the consulting due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Silver Springs Real Estate Consulting, you are entitled to re-schedule the consulting, but Silver Springs Real Estate Consulting is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If Silver Springs Real Estate Consulting cancels the consulting meeting which you booked, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.
