Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email.
Attendees must cancel more than seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date to receive a full refund less any expenses incurred.
Cancellation requests received four to seven business days prior to the consulting meeting date will result in a credit towards attendance at a future scheduled meeting, taking place within six months of the original purchase date.
Cancellations made three or less business days prior to the consulting date, or failure to appear for the consulting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee.
Silver Springs Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consulting at any time. If Silver Springs Consulting cancels or reschedules the consulting due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Silver Springs Consulting, you are entitled to re-schedule the consulting, but Silver Springs Consulting is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
If Silver Springs Consulting cancels the consulting meeting which you booked, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.
